Katie was an awesome salesperson. The manager of this location will take advantage of you. I came in looking at a specific car I was interested in and we talked about how much I was willing to pay. During the test drive there was multiple problems with the car that were not listed I get that it's a used car but that doesn't mean you don't list all the damages and problems occuring within. I decided I was going to make a purchase and after signing paperwork and filling information out for a while he told me he wasnt willing to drop the price a single dollar. He then turned to my fiance and asked her to pay the rest of of which I couldn't,I got up and was walking out of the door and he says he will drop it to what I had offered. I did not like that at all and it was very disappointing and disrespectful to do that.before the purchase of the vehicle was finalized he left with my money and we were at a roadblock with the employees and didn't know what to do,I used to make it work and they ended up letting me leave with the car for the return of more information later but I felt very pressured and uneasy after they told me he left with the money and there was nothing they could do. Now 20 days later, there's a check engine light on and the roof is leaking water in. Im going to go ahead and tell everyone to avoid this dealership there are better more honest people out there that actually care about their customers not these guys.This was my first time buying a car and so far the reputation that car salesmen have is true,they are not here to help you.All the hot fixes they did to the car to cover up issues are coming apart in just short weeks after purchase,more issues are arising daily and now I have a leaking roof for this Washington state winter. So I've taken the car to get an inspection and it turns out the catalytic converter needs to be replaced 22 days after purchase from this lot and I was quoted $3,500 for this job. This is a predatory car lot and took advantage of me,don't let them do you the same!
